Senior Usersupport Specialist
In this role you will be
- Providing excellent remote and on-site IT-support to our clients
- Taking care of computer and smart device maintenance/replacement
- Identifying and correcting software/hardware errors
- Implement AD, M365 service changes
- Effectively solving problems with AD, Exchange, M365 and other services
- Attending (internal) trainings to grow your knowledge about IT-services
We are looking for someone who has
- Expertise and/or education on IT-support
- Good technical skills
- Fast learning and excellent communication skills
- Time management skills and eagerness to meet deadlines
- Good command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
It would be useful if you have
- Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 Administration Portal
- Configuration skills of Active Directory and Group Policies
- Knowledge of network structures
- Previous work experience in a similar position
- B-category driver’s license
